The term autonomous comes as a trigger for a better learning strategy. It should be emphasized that encouraging the learners become autonomous does not mean letting them learn all things by themselves. The teacher should accompany them by guiding and serving options. Also, the learners cannot be autonomous if they do not have any direction. Thus, the teacher has to tell a certain step for them to do. It requires teachers’ ability in managing the classroom activities and lesson stages. Thus, understanding the variables in classroom management will help them to create autonomous learners.
